About Us |

 |
After retirement
in Southern California, Vince & Sharon moved to Utah to further
pursue their interests in horse showing and breeding. While
in California, they were involved in the training and implementation
of a mounted police unit. Since living in Utah, they helped
friends on a working cattle ranch and competed in team penning events
which further spurred their interests in the working cow horse. |

|
| Vince
and Sharon have been volunteers with "Little Britches" rodeos
and also college rodeos. They are also judges at 4-H shows.
Their goal is to provide an opportunity to teach and continue
the western lifestyle. |

Sharon,
although new to the show arena, was the year end high point winner
in Western Pleasure and Equitation with the CCPHC in 2001 but did
not show her paint horse in 2002 due to an injury. She did show
our paint weanling, Rainbo Over The Moon, capturing Grand Champion
Halter Weanling in the 2002 Iron County Fair. Sharon bred her
mare in 2003 and showed only in Leadline capturing high point in both
the CCPHC and CCEC circuits. She also showed a Whiskey filly
at the 2003 Iron County Fair taking Reserve Grand Champion Halter
Weanling. Sharon was the 2006 NSHA Walk-Trot Western Pleasure
Champion in Las Vegas. She is showing again in 2007. |
|
| 2002
was Vince's first year showing in Reining, capturing the CCEC Reserve
Championship. Whiskey suffered an injury in 2003 and wasn't
shown. Vince has decided to retire Whiskey from competition
and get a couple of his foals ready to compete. Vince showed
a yearling mare in 2004 that won both an open and non-pro halter futurity
and a weanling that won an open futurity. Vince has a new horse
that he will be showing during the 2007 reining season. Two
of Whiskey's get are currently in training and will be shown next
year. |

Drift
To the Bar was purchased by Vince as a finished reining horse.
Due to his athletic ability and great disposition, Vince decided to
continue to promote these traits through a breeding program. To date,
Whiskey has been producing foals with winning dispositions and good
looks and composition. Whiskey is a proven color
producer, therefore we have been purchasing quality mares with the
hope of producing more Dun, Buckskin and Grulla foals. Look
at his 2007 Foals page and the Sale
Barn for proof. |
